Touch Master Touch Sensor Repair and Rebuild Services

Touch Master Touch Sensor Repair and Rebuild Services

Every Touch Master touch sensor we manufacture is fully rebuildable. We offer fast, affordable repair services to keep your machines running with minimal downtime.

Please note that we can only rebuild our Touch Master touch sensors. We do not have the parts to rebuild non-Touch Master touch sensors (Metrol, Omron, etc.)

Built to Be Repaired

All of our Touch Master touch sensor models are designed to be serviceable. That’s part of what sets Touch Master apart. Instead of forcing you to replace the entire touch sensor when something goes wrong, we give you a smarter, more cost-effective option: rebuild it.

Need a Repair? Send It In. We’ll Handle the Rest.

If your touch sensor isn’t working properly, there’s a good chance we can fix it. Our turnaround time for a rebuild is typically one business day or less. If your unit is beyond repair, we’ll let you know right away and help you get a replacement ordered.

Rebuilds typically cost $100–$200, depending on what is needed.

Repair Instructions

Please ship your touch sensor to:

Touch Master
1825 W Grand St
Springfield, MO 65802

When sending in your touch sensor for repair, please include a note inside the box with a clear description of the issue you’re experiencing. Be as specific as possible.

For example, let us know which plunger is having trouble, or if it’s not repeating correctly.

Include the name of the person we should contact if we have questions, your company name, the return shipping address, and how you’d like the unit shipped back (Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air).

If you have a UPS or FedEx account number that you'd like us to use, be sure include it so we can bill the return shipping to your account.

If not, then we’re happy to add the shipping cost to your invoice.

To ensure a fast turnaround, we typically rebuild all units as soon as they arrive without contacting you first.

If you would prefer that we notify you with an estimate before doing the work, or if your repair requires a purchase order, just let us know in the note.

Once the repair is complete, we’ll call you for payment or send a bill if you already have payment terms established with us.

If the invoice should be emailed to a specific person or department (like Accounts Payable), please include that email address in the box with your touch sensor as well.
