We offer two main variations of tool eyes for Mazak machines. The main difference is the shape of our mounting flange: round or square.
All of our models are designed specifically for Mazak machines, so they fit and function just like the original.
LS05: Square Flange
This model fits all Mazak machines where the tool eye has a square mounting flange and it serves as a direct replacement for the Omron D5F-2B34C-Y and many other model numbers.
LS05-M: 5-wire version for FANUC controlled machines
This variation of the LS05 model will fit Mori Seiki, Okuma, Doosan, Samsung, and other CNC machines with FANUC controllers.
These CNC machines require a 5-wire unit, so you'll need to specify that you want the 5-wire version when you place your order.
There is an up-charge of $25.00 per unit for the 5-wire model.
SL04: Round Mounting Flange
If your Mazak CNC machine uses a round-mount, then this is the correct CNC touch sensor model for you.
